Email addresses for Barclaycard?

Options
Afternoon all,

I've tried a search of the site and Googled as well but everything I've found so far has ended in failure... Seems that emails from my Hotmail account can take several days to fail?

Does anyone have an email address for Barclaycard at all? Preferably customer services or accounts...

Thanks,

MB

if you're a barclaycard customer you can send a message direct from online as thier email system at the moment is having problems

or copied from one of the emails i got > barclaycard@mail.barclaycard.co.uk

    Hi Sax,

I've tried through my account using their message system and never heard back... If they're having problems then that's fair enough.

I'll also try pinging barclaycard@mail.barclaycard.co.uk as well though, thanks for the info!

    Cheers,

    Hi,

I tried him and several other directors whose names I got off the Barclaycard website and got undeliverable messages from the lot of them! I'm hazarding a guess that there is some sort of filter or gateway which looks for specific words in either the title or content of the email (we have something similar at the company I work for) so then their service provider can ask if it should be forwarded from quarantine - or not LOL

In the meantime I have received a reply from their own internal 'Contact us' service, it was a "we can't reply yet but we will soon" style of message but it was better than nothing and I'll be chasing up again soon!

    Thanks again,
