Mortgage Advice

Currently have a 35 year mortgage with C&G which we have had since 2007. At the start of 2013 we were 9 months behind and very close to losing our home. I believe we were £5000 behind with arrears and fees. Luckily I came into a good job and paid it all off by September whilst paying the monthly amount.
Would C&G let me fix the rate as it stands or due to the arrears etc no chance for a while?

They may do, you will need to ask them, but as your mortgage is from 2007, you will now be on their base + 2% tracker, which in the current market is very good.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
