I recently filed judgement through MCOL (24th May). It says on MCOL that an order will be sent to the defendant to start making payments. How long does this usually take? Also, if the defendant doesn't start paying, what is my next step? Do I have to go through the whole court process again? This has been going on since April and I'm just getting a bit fed up now.
Many Thanks.
Many Thanks.

Just wanted to bring this to attention again. I didn't get any help the first time I posted it and just wondered if anyone out there can help me with this. If not, I'll just ring through to the MCOL Helpline.
Thanks in advance0
