Circumstances are these :
Female 56
Property in Scotland value £250000
Outstanding mortgage £117000
Remaining period 15 years
Repayment Mortgage £900 currently - ends February 2nd 2014
Low income £22000
Had one salary cutback already and looks like another looms
What are my options as would dearly like to keep my home

Ask your current lender what customer retention products it has for you to choose from, or consider a remortgage to a new lender if you can obtain a better deal.
How does the "follow-on" rate, presumably the lender's standard variable rate (SVR), compare to the product which is ending?I am a mortgage broker.
