Maybe a stupid question, but is there any point in sending back our signed mortgage offer by special delivery? We need to get our remortgage sorted out asap so that we can port it to a new property we have had an offer accepted on.
I'm just not sure that sending by a signed for service will help at all- and worst case may slow things up as it might end up in the wrong place, like a reception desk or something!
