1. The prize is a four-night break for two adults sharing a harbour view suite at Phoenicia Hotel Malta
2. The prize is valid for travel until 31 October 2014, subject to availability and excluding bank holidays and August
3. This prize cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be exchanged for cash
4. The prize is non-transferable and the winner must travel. Children aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
5. Private transfer from Malta airport to the Phoenicia is included in the prize
6. The prize includes daily breakfast, one three-course dinner in the Phoenix Restaurant and one three-course dinner in Pegasus. Drinks are not included except at breakfast where juice, tea and coffee are provided.
8. The prize does not include travel to Malta
9. Holiday insurance is not included in the prize

I get an error message saying 'you have already entered that form' even if I try with other details. Presumably ths is bcause I entered a previous competition with them.
