Hi,
Trying to get my elderly mum used to using the computer she got for Christmas. she's a bit afraid of it but practice makes perfect and basically its so much easier to all keep in contact via email Skype etc

She has an interest in food/recipes etc so was wondering if anyone knew of a good internet forum dealing with anything and everything food and cooking.

Have been unable to register with this site as all the email address's that I've used are coming back as invalid. Gmail, yahoo, Apple etc.

Is the site broken or does it have some genuinely weird email requirements?

Error msg = "The e-mail address you entered is not allowed to be used."

a person who's age physically limits them from doing things most people take for granted.

Some forums won't let you register with a free email address (Hotmail, Gmail etc) in order to deter spammers. I belong to a forum like this and had to get an email addy set up with my isp in order to register.
