Tesco ran this offer 2/3 weeks ago only then the free DVD was "The cat in the hat". I took them us on the offer and have not received the free DVD, indeed there was no mention of it at any point in the signing up process. Has anyone else, who took up this offer, received their DVD?

I have never taken up on these free offers. If its 14 days free, when does the 14 days starts from? once you place and order for several dvd's obviously this is take time to be processed and arrive at your door. How many dvd's can one expect to be able to use in that 14 days assuming you send them back quickly ie within 1-2 days of them arriving?

they tell you when you sign up taht you need to cancel by **this date** to avoid being charged....

they seem very good about it - still no sign of my cat in the hat dvd tho....

I also took up the offer when they were offering the free dvd "The cat in the hat". Decided to contact them to se if and when I would get it as they have so far said nothing about it and this is the reply I got!
