Using Chrome, BTW. I only use Chrome for Swagbucks and a couple of other money-making sites I'm on. The extension's very handy for watching TV, I think!

Yes, firstly make sure 'Discovery Mode' is ticked/turned on. To leave that tab, press Ctrl and Tab keys at the same time then you can do other stuff in different tabs etc, return to the tab running Encrave after 10 mins or so (takes longer for me as my computer is slow) and make sure you receive the message saying that you've received your 3 SBs. You should then be able to run it again using the same procedure.
