Does anyone know when (if?) surveys expire? I've had 7 gold surveys appear today and was wondering if I should do them all asap or if I'd be ok to leave them for a day or two.
Any thoughts?
I'd do them as they come up. quotas get filled fairly quickly, or they only run for a day or so. They could be there but most likely none would be.
If you're worried about it taking up a lot of time - bear in mind you might get DQ'd straightaway from half or more - leaving you will a smaller amount, shorter timeCan also be selective by just clicking the, higher pay/short ones.

Just gone back on my dash & they've all disappeared! At least I've already met my target for today.0

Just had a brilliant Pl surveys about what I think people would pay for a t shirt and what I think of it. Just took me about three minutes to complete! Fun too!0

Hello there, on reading the weekly e-mail, I saw a piece about making money by doing surveys etc., by joining swagbucks, so though I'd give it a go. It then leads you on to inboxpounds and other sites. This all seemed relatively ok, though a bit confusing for me as I have memory and processing info problems. But since then (Wednesday 4th June)I have received a few recorded message mobile phone calls, all junk, trying to either sell me something or whatever. I then got another one this morning, this time a real person saying they were from some company I'd never heard of and when I asked what it was about, he said it was debt recovery and was it something I'd be interested in!
Now, all of this could be a strange coincidence but I'm not convinced it is, I have a very old basic mobile, don't use it that much, just texting and emergencies mostly. and I value my privacy. I noticed that some of the surveys insisted on you giving certain details or it wouldn't continue, like a phone no and as I rarely give out my landline no, I give the mobile, it seems foolishly now. Does anyone know if this could be the reason and not being funny, I wish people who post about these sites would warn you of this? I know there's plenty of younger people who spend all their lives on their smartphones and likely don't mind the calls/texts, but I do as I find rest of life difficult enough and am middle aged!:eek:0 -

Unfortunately if you give a valid phone number you are more than likely to get calls because I would imagine that the way Swagbucks makes money is to charge these companies to advertise on Swagbucks and the companies make money by us lot hopefully signing up to something or taking out a policy or subscription for example.
What many people on Swagbucks do, and I highly recommend it, is either use a fake mobile number or an old mobile number that you don't use. That way you won't be bothered by calls.0 -

when you say surveys, do you mean mean offers that call themselves 'surveys' that are under the special offers tabs or, actually surveys, on the other parts of the site or above the offers on Peanut labs?
I wouldn't really count the former as surveys. These are usually sites making you fill out 'survey' like forms under the guise of signing you up for things or collecting data. If it's an actual survey elsewhere I'd think it relatively safe to give information, selectively, if you want do, depending on what for, what it's about, who it's from etc. and still, it depends, for a 'survey' offer would advise much more caution. I rarely give any personal info (aside from basic demographics), whatsoever, in this case. I usually make things up, have an email address just for junk, old unused phone number. If it's a genuine brand/site i know i might consider giving real info if it's something I am actually interested in. (this does not include offers to win stuff from m&s, sainsburys etc - also dodgy..)
You just have to learn to recognise what's genuine/safe from what's not, and always err on the side of caution.
P.S I'm quite sure people who use their phones more are just as likely/more likely to be irritated by frequently spammy phonecalls/texts not less..0 -

Hi
Can anyone tell me if they've introduced a limit to PL surveys? I thought there was only a limit to 5 dailies, but a few posts back someone said you're limited to 3 PL? is this right? coz I'm positive i've done more than 3 on several occasions and got credit for it....
thanks0
