Swagbucking into 2014

Started Swagbucks last night. A search today for "hunger games reviews" got me 9 points. Signing up for Iceland bingo got me no points yet - not sure how long it is supposed to take. Been wanting to deposit for a while now on Iceland to get the voucher, but with nearly 1,000 SW points for joining it was a no-brainer.

I just signed up today.., finding it all a bit confusing. Trivia questions on twitter for Swagbuck codes but can't find any sign of them (yes, did read they were random), can't find the sign up offer on a wall mentioned in this thread earlier. Oh gawd why did I start doing this lol?

I have managed to get some swagbucks for watching videos but its gonna take a few thousand to get my first fiver lol.

Also managed to get some swagbucks for searches. But lol., still a way to go to make my first daily goal.

Update: Got through to the Offer Wall.., bit confused still as I wasn't sure if the home page showed the offer wall as well.., but I guess the home page thing is slightly different (or not). Anyway signed up for LOVEThESIGN using a googlemail address, will see if it credits.

I also managed to get a virool adware pop up. Very irritating as it wouldn't let me do anything til I clicked on the video it wanted me to watch. Got rid of it by going to Chrome advance settings and hitting the reset button (just in case anyone else has same problem). Not sure how I picked that up but as I am only using Chrome for Swagbucks, its gotta be something to do with swagbucks.

Just registered for Lovethesign and hoping it credits as today is hard. I have been kicked out of about 12 surveys so far. The last one asked me what year it was and when I answered 2014 it disqualified me. Maybe it hasn't caught up!

Saw a tweet suggesting making a sentance up using the words swagbucks and superfluous but dated 31st December so didn't bother.

Did a search on the word superfluous and just been awarded 7 bucks.

So that's a win lol.

Still waiting for Tribal wars and Love whatever credits to come through. OOps just refreshed, credits come through thank goodness.

Ok I'm 'starting' to get the hang of this. Nearly a third of the way to my first fiver ha ha. Oh gawd I must be crazy lol.

Oopsy, my goal has increased now I've met the first one. Is that normal?

got the payment wall thingy and credited along with a DS on personal grooming new beard trimmer wanted views on what people thought. two PL surveys but dq from both. nearly at 200 so getting to my own personal goal. first time since christmas eve.

the twitter trivia questions will be coming out shortly, i've just had the 'ge3t ready' tweet come up on my feed. Twitter trivia happens 1 day a week only & the answers/codes are only valid for so many people to redeem (5000 is the max iirc & for the first code released) so yes don't bother trying to use old ones as they will all have gone.

as you have probably found now the LOVETheSIGN offer was on the PaymentWall special offer wall as Silverfairy posted in her original post about it. The special offer walls are found under the 'Discover' menu on the homepage. The offers on the homepage are just an odd selection of offers from the various special offer walls and ways you can earn, eg playing games, plus extra videos sometimes


Add: the 'make up a sentance with X & Y' words & tweet is just a possible way of getting a bonus but they only pick a small handful of people to get bonuses this way from what i've seen & they select them on the day their post was tweeted.

Yes as you have met your first (blue) goal you have now have a second (red) goal to hit for an increased daily bonus if you wish to.

Swagbucks has been very difficult the last week or so. just managed to scrape through to get the 31 day bonus but had to do a LOT of SBTV to get that.

I was getting videos using the puffin browser but even that has dried up now.

Lets hope that things pick up and get a bit easier going forward.
