If you use Chrome it works. I wish someone had told me this two months ago, I've been using Safari. Downloaded Chrome today and it worked perfectly.

not for me i always use chrome, and love the blue box videos, but the leffe one is a pain...and it keeps coming up, just to taunt me lol

Whatever they did to change the videos last night, now I am just getting a blank white box. Anyone else? I was getting a lot of credits off them the last couple of days. V annoyed. No response from SB- TYPICAL.

Chrome is much better for lots of things but having the same problem with that ad. You can't play the video because the rollover recipe bit comes up if you click, or if you don't click...

I just downloaded Chrome. The Samsung video played twice and then just comes up with a blank box. It can't be browser related!

And PL surveys also faulty. Started a HP survey on DIY and a few questions in it says that my session has been interrupted and to resume where I left off, then it terminates on the basis of this.
