Just the three hundred.

Once you reach a streak higher than the one before, it replaces the old one.

That said, you can get multiple streaks in a month:
Hit the target for 7 days, miss 2, then get another 7... rewards you with 2x25sb.

tbh it is okay, I don't do everything but I find that I do get surveys with high rewards than on SB, I'm not really into doing lots of tasks, I do some on there to boost earnings a bit - I never do them on SB. I get lots of suverys from mysurvey, I guess it depends what you like doing most - I like the format of SB best of all but boy it can be annoying!

focus888 yes you are awarded sb for searches which are random usually awarded once or twice even three times a day.
