anyone done the gold survey 62828. got to the last question then it errored, its took me ages so i am annoyed. says error invalid url parameters. I have had issues in the past like everyone but i am considering mentioning this. How do i go about that?

There's a 'Contact us' button on Gold survey page.

Try to get screenshot of error.

If survey took longer than they say it should, you can complain about this too (supposedly they care about getting this right).

As it's first time you've complained, they'll probably give you summat anyway.

I then did another survey one where they decided they are at full capacity 10 minutes in. I love surveys and the rewards but they are annoying at times. I will take screenshots and see if i can get something

I agree it's been really annoying recently I've even started doing more surveys on Clixsense and when you get screened out it's 9/10 at the beginning so much easier at the mo hopefully things will improve for swagbuck surveys.
