No I haven't done that yet because I actually want to use the service before I cancel it. I'll probably cancel it once I receive the welcome pack. It's a 30 day trial so I've made a note to get it cancelled before that time is up.

I also see an interest to use this service for the trial period. Actually, I noticed this in their Payment Ts&Cs:
You have the right to cancel your agreement within 30 days following the day you receive your welcome pack in the post by calling us on 0844 381 4165*.0 -
SB sent me an email about a 2x 40sb survey. I got a long way into it, before it asked me to install a programme. I should have been warned about this from the beginning, as I wouldn't have even started. I will not put unknown 3rd party software onto my computer under any circumstance. There was no information given about how to uninstall it. It is about smart devices FYI.Minimalist
