Couple of posts on FaceBook:
Swagbucks UK We are looking into the postcode issue. Also, one thing to note, some surveys on your dashboard payout 1 Swag Buck, up to 5 times per day, for DQ’s and Over Quotas, while others do not. If you notice a survey that has an asterisk next to it that’s your sign that those surveys DO NOT qualify for the 1 Swag Buck DQ and Over Quota credits.

Responses to the postcode problem seems to be entering 00000, they are looking into it.

Also, I did make up 'Zipcode' for Golden Surveys, still have not been able to complete one to be credited. Thankfully, the actual surveys are related to my location (not Mexico, as my made up 'Zipcode' would refer to)

It does not appear on the SB homepage for me either. Just go to Discover/Encrave tab. The new Comedy Video thing appears there from time to time. Not sure if there is a fixed time frequency, but keep checking and You'll have it. Also, I used a very clever advise from Just Plain Jane AND it actually works fine that way (I used to just start the Encrave and drag the tab out to make another window placed somewhere near/behind my main browser's window, to keep an eye)

Have done a few PL surveys today with no problem, but just got to the end of one and it took me too a page where it was blank except for a message saying exit1 at the top and hasn't credited. Tried opening end page in different browser (going from firefox to chrome) but it then opened at the beginning of a Valued Opinion Survey and said a value/code was missing. Anyone had this and found a solution? Survey took a bit of time to complete, so want it to credit

EDIT: Seems to be a dodgy one as it keeps coming back at the same end stage.
