Well in just under a week I have earnt enough for my first payout of $8 but I have been doing the tasks over there and run loyalty radio when I can. I wouldnt necessarily say its better but i think the long term possibility of increased earnings are better. Will be my joint main site along with good old faithful swagbucks if course. :D

Also, to me, upgrading is definitely worth it. I really lucked up and my sponsor upgraded me! I've been earning twice as much (when I actually put my mind to doing it instead of being lazy like I have this past week :o) and cash out is down to $6 for upgraded accounts. Every little bit helps! Granted, if I had to pay for my own upgrade, I'd definitely wait until I earned enough from the site to pay for it. I wouldn't pay for it out of pocket!

How do you mean your sponsor paid for you to upgrade?

It was something I was considering. Do you have referrals?

Sorry to everyone else for going off topic.

Even I like it better. Like today, there are 4 videos on super rewards plus one on PL, so there is your task/offers check, visit forum once - easy, clixgrid - easy (just boring), and click on at least 2 ads - easy.

I earn most of my money there from tasks. Also, the more tasks you do, the more will come available to you. I've been hitting the tasks hard there for about a month/month and a half, and I've just had a ton more tasks come up for me (some for 70p-£3 each). Surveys to me are just a plus. I'm a stay at home wife, we only make £19,000 per year, we don't have kids, don't smoke and don't drink, so there is 90% of all surveys disqualified right there. As with all sites, there are some good days, some bad days, and once in a while a really really good day.

In a similar position hubby earns about £21,000, no kids, don't drink, don't smoke, although I do work a bit though not much cos of ill health, though less since we relocated for my husband's job and I lost most of my work. I'm a self-employed health professional. I'm being nosy- Did you choose to stay at home or was it health-related? There seem to be a number of us with health/ disability probs on here. Interesting that you find that makes you DQ'd from most surveys. I get LOADS of surveys.

I don't like tasks, on any site. I just don't find them worth the time and effort for pence. I don't find them interesting either. That's the problem with most on-line earning opportunities- they bore me half to death. I'd rather to my day job. Radio Loyalty, although I run it pays out such a measly amount per half hour- again I just don't see how it adds up!

  • I think what works for one person doesnt always work for another.

I would much rather do tasks than endless repetetive surveys which sometimes dont even credit.

Yes, the loyalty radio is poor pay but you can just leave it running and just put the word in every half hour. Money for nothing really and as mrs t m says, the checklist is easy to complete.
Works for me but its early days after only one week. I may have a different view after several months :D

Can I answer you over in the Clixsense thread? Just to keep this thread from going too far off topic. ;)

I chose to stay at home for my mental health. I moved here from the US to be with my British husband, diagnosed with severe depression and I have aspergers, so do not do well with change. Just speaking to people in person is stressful for me, so working definitely does my head (heart and bp as well!) in. I do, however, like the fact that with a bit of time every day, I can earn a little bit to have some spending money for myself without needing to ask for things from DH all the time, plus I can get housework done. Besides, how else can I earn money sitting in my pj's and dressing gown? :rotfl:

I keep forgetting to turn radio loyalty on in all honesty! If you look at the bigger picture, 3 cents per half hour. Doesn't sound like a lot, does it. Lets say that you leave it running (while you're doing other things) for 8 hours per day, for 5 days per week. That's $2.40 right there without hardly any effort. I don't make that much from it, but some people do. If you're going to be either at the computer or around anyway, it's worth having it on, especially because you don't have to even listen (my laptop stays muted!) and you don't have to be on that tab/window for it to work.
