From their site:
There is an order limit of two Rewards per day. You can order as many of the same Reward as you choose with the exception of the $5 Amazon.com Gift Card and $5 Amazon.ca Gift Certificate, which are limited to 5 per month.

It does not say whether there is a limit for the £5 uk cards, probably best to assume there is and order a higher denomination instead of lots of smaller ones

I got that the other day got to 99% last question got DQ! Took me ages as well!

Yeah, I've just tried a Facebook survey for 4SB and that credited straight away :j:j hope this continues as I don't always want to use tasks all night to get to 20SB before it pays out
