You can trying logging into Swagbucks using different browser, and then copying the address of the video into the browser and playing it there.

With search, you use it like you would any other search engine.
Click for what you want to search and then go to a couple of results as you would normally.
You will get more SBs if you use the search engine properly than you would if you just put random words and phrases in time and time again, because when that happens, rewards are 'throttled'.

Use it as you would google for searching and forget that it earns you SBs because you will get more that way.

How do you put in a ticket please? I've no idea how to take screen shots, I just did a survey on prepared salad which hasn't credited,

To put in a ticket, scroll to the bottom of any page, where it says "support" there is a "contact us" link, if you click it, it will take you to a sort of FAQ page, and towards the bottom of that it has a "Submit a Help Request" option, click it and fill in the form you're presented with....

then cross your fingers and pray to whichever deity you may feel an affinity to, if they feel generous they might give you your SBs, if they don't they will just tell you to wait 6 weeks and then forget about it

For searching, I've replaced google as my default search provider with swagbucks. then when u open chrome and search for something you randomly get 6sb, 10sb etc. without thinking about it. I find when I try to put in search terms listed here, they mostly never work (for me anyway).
