Thanks for your reply. I am using Chrome only for game as I find Firefox and IE comes up with a message about the plugin and doesn't play the games. This message only occurred in the last few day's but is hampering my ability to sometimes play more than one game before the message comes up. I clicked on the help icon and it said the app creator may be responsible for the request and not Adobe, which concerns me as to what info they are collecting http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/help06.html
Just run a couple of rounds of Klondike Solitaire using Firefox (28). No problems and 2Sb awarded as expected.

I just did a DS and it didn't credit. I guess they're having survey partner issues again!

Make that 2 that haven't credited.

do you not wait 48 hours like the pop-up message tells you to?
(when they reply and just tell me to wait coz it could take 48 hours....or up to 6 weeks, i feel myself getting homicidal lol)
  • The following message is on SB's facebook page.

Daily surveys are being slow to credit, but they will credit. If you complete a survey, it will credit.

Depends what type of survey it is. If it's just a daily survey then I will wait 1 minute and if it isn't in then i'll create a ticket. Under normal circumstances they will credit instantly. The email surveys will normally take a few days to credit so I won't create a ticket for them.
