Did a very long, badly phrased DS last night on perfumes. Took about 30mins. Got to congratulations screen but didn't credit. Asked through Support if there was a delay with it crediting and they say they don't have a record of me completing it. Very annoying.

I take screen shots of completed screens for that reason now, very annoying for want of a less abusive word!

Ordered £25 John Lewis on 18th came today! That's my friends wedding pressie sorted :)

What are people's experiences of SBMobile? I find it hugely frustrating and unreliable. Mobile site doesn't work properly and keeps switching to the main site. Searches don't work, TV doesn't work, games don't work. Tried a DS and spent 1/2 hr on it, before getting an error msg. Peanut Labs won't load at all. Can only seem to do NOSO and daily poll on it. So wonder, what is the point?!

  • I completed the book survey twice about a week or so ago now, but just get dq'd after the first few questions of this one that keeps appearing now. Pretty strange as its exactly the same!
One a side note, is anyone else having problems with the survey dashboard? Mine has never worked, just keeps showing an error message every time I click on it. Have messaged them a few times about it, the last time telling me to clear the cache and cookies etc but it still doesn't work. Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem?
