I think it depends on your demographic with them. I'm a stay at home wife, we make less than £20k per year, and we don't have children (yet). I still qualify for a lot more surveys on clixsense than any other site, and in 3 weeks I've cashed out $53.03 = £24.75. Might not be much to some people, but it pays for my crafting hobbies.

I earn £20-25 in Amazon gift cards per month on average with Swagbucks, and I only really aim to get my lower goal per day. Today, my goal was 89 sb, I ended up with 94 total for the day and quit. Surprisingly hit that around lunch time.
