There's a 39sb offer on PL titled "Special Offer: Peanut Lab: Win A holiday to Spain Worth 500 inclu" which credits instantly. When I clicked on it, I got directed to a survey from Opinion Surveys about South West Water. You have to select that you are a South West Water customer and are on the water meter.
Also check you pm.

Did you get 39SB or 70SB as it was more of a DS layout? I tried to open a ticket for an offer before and it wouldn't let me, maybe I need to wait 24 hours or something? Reminds me, I need to find the PL that never credited, but doubt I have proof. An evening wasted on SB.0 -
