Thats perfectly normal, if you're not used to having the codes then I'm afraid you may have to get used to them - I've had them for almost 18 months now, they periodically vanish for a few weeks then reappear again for no apparent reason. :mad:

As far as I remember, in the instructions it gives you a place where it says Bookmarklet and you just click on that and drag it to your toolbar. Then it stays there for use whenever you do a task that needs it.

These captcha code things I can handle, it's the ones that say describe this brand or something that make me flustered, I can't remember what they do half of the time! Lol
