I know this post was from yesterday, but just noticed they were all there now, but closed I hate it when offers/vids/surveys are still shown even when they are closed :mad:

I'm annoyed with PL anyway as I've just done a survey about satellite tv and broadband which took about 30 mins and has n't credited. I went back into my history and there is an error page, but that wasn't there at end of survey and I was taken to the congrats, you earned 36SB screen. I found the offer in PL stated as 'open' and selected the option saying it had not credited and just got the message that most credit in 24 hours. ANNOYED!

I've just had a PL survey not credit in half an hour as well.., closing page said it should have already credited, wait 15 mins and if it still hasn't, contact them.

I should know this.., but how do I contact PL? Taking a screenprint of the award page of course.

Oh and I wrote to SB's because of the non arrival of an Amazon gift card since 04/02/14.., well over 10 business days. They've just replied saying 'right now there is a slight delay for delivery of this gift card. Our suppliers will be providing us with the codes shortly. If you do not receive your order by 2/25/14, please write back and let me know.'

They have given me 10 SB to compensate for the delay. Just hope I do get the card to be honest.

There is a transactions button at top of PL page, it should show survey as opened, there is a link to report a problem, but don't think it works for 24 hours.
