You have to laugh, I've had flu.., even spent a night in A&E because of breathing problems.., now I've got laryngitis lol so I haven't been as active on here since Monday.

deannatrois - If you mean the encrave offers, I have found that I have to leave that page open and have my mouse pointer on it. If it's in another tab then the videos play happily away but the counter does not count down - therefore not crediting. Try it and see. .

Try using separate window instead of separate tab. It tries to track when your mouse moves to another tab. So move between windows by moving mouse via toolbar, keeping away tabs at top.

Encrave will play quite happily in separate window while you are busy on another browser window.
