Tried but did the same and stopped every time I went back to original tab/window. Thanks anyway.

strange I use chrome and I have no trouble at all I have noticed thou that if I touch my swagbucks in the other window the encrave dont credit

I run Encrave in Chrome and then either open Chrome again or use Firefox for any other browsing. Then it works but I cannot use it in Chrome by just opening a different tab.

yeah you need to complete windows not different tabs
