Just got a daily survey on brands. It ran quite slowly and sometimes the page was frozen for a while, but it credited more or less instantly.

I had a survey on PL which did that. Took longer for the pages to load than to answer the questions. But still credited never the less

I did the wowcher sign up and I'm getting the emails but didn't get any credits.


I've tried to do a support ticket but it is asking me which wall it was on but it was on the home page and doesn't say which wall it is connected to.


Any ideas, or how do I raise a ticket from the home page?
