Im guessing from the time of day that i did it… after midnight that the person answering was USA based. So you may not get an answer straight away. I did try the email address before using the website directly and got no response. So they are obviously not looking at it. Good luck.0 -
Being really cheeky what was the website address I cant even find it.

Still waiting on £35 worth of SB vouchers that I order almost 3 weeks ago. Incredibly frustrating.0

awaiting my money

There seem to be quite a few waiting on redemptions - looking at the faceook page the last ones to be sent seem to have been ordered on the 31st Jan, but even then there are people saying they ordered that day and are still waiting.
For me I'm waiting for a paypal redemption ordered on 7th Feb, hoping to claim another by the end of the month.
On the upside am quite liking the encrave option, easier than SBTV for similar rewards overall. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

It's quite demotivating, and it's definitely not the denominations as i've ordered both £25 and £5 ones. Oh well, fingers crossed they come soon!0 -

It's very demotivating, but as far as I can tell they're still within their own expected payment periods, I guess we'd just got used to them being fairly quick last month - I know my Jan redemption was sent within 2 days of ordering. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
