oh dear! That happened to me last year. I think I was speeding! I replied back and apologised a lot and they let me back on but that was my last chance. I learnt my lesson

Hi, I've only been swagbucking for two weeks, but that happened to me on day five!!! I had done none of those things.
Later that night it was working again, but even later that notice appeared AGAIN for a few more hours. The next morning it was back to normal and not seen it since... I hadn't contacted anyone.
I saw other people on the facebook page complaining of the same thing having happened to them. So, It maybe is a glitch?
Maybe hold off on contacting them until tomorrow?
