    It didn't credit for me either but I put in a ticket and copied the original email and sent a screen shot of the downloaded app on my phone and it was credited within a couple of hours.

    I will try that if it happens again. I did send in a support ticket to Swagbucks as well just so they are aware of what is happening now they have changed the format of the Daily Surveys.
