Is anyone having problems with SBTV? The meter's not logged the off video in the last week or so, but now the meter doesn't seem to work at all for me today.

I am new to swag bucks I was wondering do people think its better to regularly cash out or is it better to wait to get to the bigger amounts I could cash out my first amazon £5 voucher. Thank you

Hi tasha42. Someone asked the same question a few days back. Here are some responses from a few members of the forum. I normally cash out £15 or £25 :)

Just remember that sites can go out of business with little or no warning, accounts can be suspended and people can and have lost their vouchers when they have been turfed off the site.

Your SBs are not money until they are in your Paypal account heading for your bank account. Your SBs can not be spent at Amazon until you have credited them to your account or used them against a purchase. The same for M&S etc.

Until then all you have is an unsecured claim and could lose what you have worked hard for.

I tend to cash out at £10. That's the maximum I'm prepared to lose if the site goes boom or I lose my account. Everyone has to make their own decision what they are prepared to lose and cash out accordingly. And as everyone is different and in different circumstances everyone will make and has to make their own decisions re that risk/reward calculation.

I wouldn't leave your account too long without redeeming i'm talking months and months as Swagbucks do sometimes close an account for any number of reasons. I'm not saying this will happen but i'd set a target ie 50 pounds amazon/paypal vouchers or less and then redeem when you achieve it. its a nice site to earn abit of money friendly forum members who are happy to help. good luck :)

That is the official advice from Martin Lewis, to cash out at the lowest possible amount. I used to follow it and cash out at £5 Amazon everytime, but now I'm earning so much more on here- I tend to cash out at £15 instead. There has been the odd exception to this, like at Christmas when the put certain higher denominations on sale when I let it build up to £50.
