I had a dashboard earlier. My dash said to click here and I answered a question, it then said I had more surveys available. But when I clicked back onto the dashboard there was nothing there! Still first target met which is all that really matters!

Maybe that's the reason they aren't even listed as an offer wall under Swagbucks list of special offer providers, so apparently I can't contact them for credit either.

if you completed the offer through sb, i would still put in a ticket to sb support, send them the same evidence (emails, screenshots, whatever) and tell them that you contacted them but they replied in a foreign language without addressing your issues.
I have done that before when PL ignored repeatedly and SB awarded me the points....
