It runs by calendar month so to get a full month it has to be from the 1st to the very last day, the continuous runs just have to be complete within that month not mon-fri or 1st-7th etc

Thanks for the reply. I started on Sunday so I won't make a 7 day streak this month. Oh well I can always look forward to next month
