just had a 14sb instant survey on homepage on NHS and winter

Also daily survey page is working again.

Anyone know the survey number and amount please for the Gold Survey that was about music streaming sites and adverts on Ford and Vodafone, got to the end and it said the server had reset or something, so did not get credited. Thanks.

If you can't get the survey number then have a look through your browser history - an url for the survey will be there. If you c&p the url then it is better than nothing. I've had to do this several times and they have always credited.

I don't understand, none of these instant surveys will work for me, just the last page, when I get get a bullet to appear in either the yes or no column, so I can't submit.

What browser are you using?

In Firefox I just expand the pop-up window by just placing the cursor over the bottom edge of the window and dragging it down to make it larger

I have to shrink the size so the entire survey fits in the pop up box and then you will find the submit button, took me a while to find this and when I did it was by mistake

It asks if I've seen any stuff about winter. I say no and that's it. Credits immediately. No more questions.

I've tried Chrome and Safari and neither are working for me. In Chrome, I could get a bullet point in the first box but nothing else. So I've given up, as they still haven't responded to my support ticket about this from this morning.
