I've been on Swagbucks for about a month now I think and not once have I had anything in my encrave or the 'daily surveys' section that people talk about. Is this normal? How come everyone else seems to get these?

I log in at various times through the day to check but there has never been anything there.

Encrave hasn't been available for a long time and only came back 2-3 days ago. It is certainly there but not all the time.

For surveys, have you filled your profile ? You go to daily surveys section, and fill in few details before getting a survey.
