    The Swagbutton is useful for telling me a code is up. However, its sooo slow loading, that its quicker for me just to look on here! ;P

    P.S. If anyone missed it last week its quite new. Save it for a slow Sunday if you haven't installed it already as you get 50 SB for installing, and then 1 SB per day after that.

    I'm giving it a few weeks and if its still running slow then I'll uninstall cos I don't think its worth it for 1 SB a day.

    Swagbucks = £275vouchers + 1006 pts; Pinecone = £25 + 700 pts; Valued Opinions = £60 vouchers + £6.25 Ask GfK = 570 pts; YouGov = 2125 pts; Gratis Points = 660 pts; iPoll = £3.79; MySurvey = 940 pts; Qmee = £3.08; Populus Live = £7; Smilecity (NZ) = 12517 pts; Global Test Market = 1100 pts.
  • Wow, that was easy! After all that hassle getting into Swagbucks today, all it took was one 70sb survey and a couple of quick PL ones and 2nd target was hit with several more surveys still available. Love it when you get an easy day :)

    One thing I want to ask you guys however, is has any of you with the swagbucks plugin on Firefox seen a message saying that a critical update has been applied to the plugin and you need to restart firefox?

    This happened to me yesterday and once again today!

    This is a virus too, unfortunately the SB's site has a lot of them on there. Do not click on it. Usually if you just close down and go back into what you are doing it will run ok until the next time it pops up.

    Maybe your hubby would be kind enough to give me a quick phone call and some IT help, lol:rotfl:

    I've got a pop-up blocker and an anti ad thingy, I've done a virus check as I panicked when I signed in....but I've still got the bloody thing sitting there.

    I've done nothing on SBs yet today, so I need to get in!

    lol! Sorry, he's only good in the moment. If I hadnt phoned him straight away, Id never get back on because he wouldnt have looked at it for ages if I just waited for him to come home-which he's supposed to be doing early today or we wont be eating.

    He explained the hack to me like putting in a new doorway that goes in a different direction from where you want to go. But they cant get everyone through the door all at once so it filters down...obviously some of us got through the door sooner than others. (It made sense to me)

    I use the x on the popup and the whole browser just reboots...! My anti virus doesn't pop up either, so I don't know what to do!

    Don't use the x as this can be rigged to download the virus, instead minimise the main browser page so just the pop-up shows and use Ctrl w

    Actually the other things the Swagbutton is useful for is playing different vids to the usual SBTV in a separate window (some are still dated and dull, but good for a change - I mute them anyway).

    Also tells you when you are on a Shop & Earn site.

    I haven't used Shop & Earn yet though. Does anyone know - can you use it at the same time as things like Quidco and/or other discount codes that the likes of MSE provide?

    I used a delivery code to buy a tumble drier from Argos and it credited-took a few weeks though.
