Being a bit thick here but I am new to this lark! The rewards are in the form of e-codes so how do you use the likes of Pizza Express when you cant place an order for goods on line? M&S I assume you use when doing an online shop but can you use the in store?

You can use in store, used my M&S ones today,
You need to print them and then you use as you would a voucher.
