Arrrghhh just completed that supermarket/grocery shopping survey but with ToLuna direct - what a nightmare.

The email invite stated 25 minutes, after clicking 'Let's Begin' on the email, it stated 45 minutes which is bad enough but it actually took approx 75 minutes - what a joke! :mad:

Do what I did and everyone else should. I put in a ticket to complain about it and got another lot of SB's for it.

Thanks, I didn't do it through Swagbucks though, it was direct from ToLuna. I did think about sending a message to ToLuna about it but I feel like it will be ignored and will just waste more time for nothing.

I haven't had much to do with ToLuna but I always email MySurvey if they fail to credit and have always had it rectified so might be worth a go

Thanks, well it's showing as pending at the moment, if it doesn't credit I will definitely chase it up.

It was the time that annoyed me more than anything, stating 25 mins then 45 mins but it then taking 75 minutes is just not on!

My first target is roughly about 100 every day which I usually manage especially with the help of the apps. I don't tend to try too hard for the second bonus, but since I'm on a push for the Paypal sale, can anyone tell me if I consistently hit the second target, will my first target go up?

1st target will remain the same as other peoples so won't change.... 2sd target and your blood pressure will both go up tho.
