I have just completed what I feel is the longest survey I have ever had on Swagbucks. Took around 90 minutes to complete. It was a DS and was about my last visit to waitrose 6 days ago. I shop at waitrose maybe once a week for a few items. If it had anything to do with what was for sale in Waitrose this survey asked it. What you buy from any supermarket, discounter, local store or online broken down by almost every department / product in a super market. If you get this survey be prepared to lose the will to live. It keeps making you think its going to finish and then it moves to another subject.

Have put a ticket in asking if SB is aware of the requirements of the survey and if they think its a fair reward. All I can tell you is that it was by Toluna.

This one has been "complained about" by many people over the last few days. It was even more annoying when it related to BOOTS. As far as I remember I have never bought sugar, fresh fish, beer, meat, cereal, or anything else they were asking about in Boots ! It did go on and on didn't it - and I am sure most people lost the will to live and just clicked anywhere which makes their survey counterproductive anyway. I always try to answer carefully but sometimes my patience does run out.

Agree, I clicked at random through it and used the free text boxes to suggest various punishments for the surveys creator. Am finding more and more (esp on PL) that the time suggested is nowhere near the time taken but that one took the p1$$

    Hi all,

Thanks a lot for your responses. We've passed your feedback on to Swagbucks. Keep an eye out for Wednesday's weekly email. ;)

Hi Steve if you seriously want to improve Swagbucks, heres a list!

The game SB's are too random, you can beat your high score and not get anything on the free plays or paid ones.
How about a bonus when you beat your high score?
Then there is an incentive to play

More surveys for southern irish users, theres simply none, so no reason to log on

Broken surveys and end of offers dont get removed

    taken surveys dont get removed

Toluna are the WORST survey people, never get accepted
  • Screening questions for surveys are getting more and more random...

"How often do you do the following health-related activities: Measure your antimatter?"

    !!!!!!... :D

3 surveys I've had problems with in the last 2 days. What do I do if I can't remember how many SB the survey was for or the name of the survey when filling out a ticket?

I need to start paying more attention!
