Swagbucking into 2014

yep, it used to be a lot less painful lol
to be fair, i'd have preferred if they had said "sorry guys, no sale this year coz....we can't afford it/can't be bothered/don't want to/don't think you've earnt it (delete as appropriate lol)" rather than the big built up to the sale which turned out to be them taking the *whatsit* again....
That's silly.
You'd rather pay £100 for something without a sale, than be given the opportunity to pay £97 for it?
"Oh no no, Sir. The sale is not good enough for me. Please, I'd much rather pay £100 than £97"

OK the sale isn't as good as last's years apparently but it happens, who believes the adverts when they say "it's cheaper and better now than before" - it usually worse and more expensive or worse and you get less for the same price..
The truth is the economy isn't great, Swagbucks is more popular and people have caught on so the opportunities are less limited because more people are doing this type of thing.Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive0 -

i'm glad my opinion amuses you.....and that you clearly see no difference between my saying 3% is an insult and you saying you're boycotting radio loyalty because it went down to 1SB for 40 mins
you know....you have the right to occasionally not actively try to rub people the wrong way....

You are correct.. I remember doing Cashback Sites many years ago (Rpoints, Cashback Rewards ect), the money you could earn from their repeat offers (Carsource, High Street Web ect), in the beginning wasn't even funny.. When I started, I was earning £500 per month easy, but word of mouth got out, sites started to talk about/advertise them, and so more people joined and used them, they told their friends and before long...
Most went bust and those that survived or where bought out, no longer have these recurring offers and the few that still do some are (at best (to the best of my knowledge)), 1p per click, once a day for 1 company... probably Kelkoo.
The situation is also compounded (devalued), by a bad few that attempt to cheat the system. Swagbucks is great, but the longer they are around, the more people will join and so the less the advertisers will want to pay per click-through due to the amount of views, or the less time that offer will be around for at that amount, and so the offer is devalued = harder for us to earn.0 -
