    The Second Target is the red section - they won't reveal it until you have completed the First Target. Presumably you know that its only the First Target that counts towards your monthly bonus (the Second Target is just a little extra cherry on top)

    You can look at the second target by clicking on it at any time.

    how many dashboard surveys are you allowed to do? I mean gain SB from, as I have done a few today and got paid sb for 2

    you're not restricted on dashboard (TS) surveys trikerchick have a go that any they give you as they don't hang around, only daily surveys are restricted (5 per day to the congratulations screen)
