I usually go to my front page and at the bottom it says Contact us
then go to Was your question not answered at the bottom of the page
there is a drop down box and press on Technical then fill in the form from there as I received my SB as soon as I downloaded the program onto my iPad

The instant.ly app is by United Sample Inc., who also do the iPoll app thus nothing to do with SB.
