I had that earlier on chrome what I did was exit the survey then I was luckily enough to go on SB homepage on IE and back onto PL and the survey was there so I clicked it and it came up that part of the survey had been completed, click OK and the box comes up and you can drag the phrases into the box.
It worked for me that way good luck

After a really rocky start I have finished on 350/230 for the day so I am very pleased...just hope I don't push my targets up!!! It is very hard to leave SB's knowing they are there :-/
