Aren't Amazon vouchers and gift cards now valid for 10 years from issue?

I haven't had one that isn't valid for 10 years for over a year now from various survey sites and Amazon's own website say 10 years too

On android you swipe the video (on the main list of videos) left and a heart should pop up on it, then it will be in favourites list.

It might be the same on iphone.
