I ordered a reward card that was verified on 4th October, but its still not there. How do I raise a ticket, I've seen people use that phrase, but can't find anywhere that might describe that. Thanks!

I've whined a lot about swagbucks lately so I thought I'd give credit where it's due for once :rotfl:

I've ordered a £25 iTunes card on Fri evening and it was ready for me on monday! not to mention, it's A LOT cheaper than the same denomination amazon or m&s cards!
