When I go through my email to claim the amazon gift card it still doesn't show the code? Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? lol.. I click on the email and it takes me to the same gift card page saying You've received an email to access your gift card code. :S

I redeemed a gift card with this new security measure earlier this week and it worked fine but I can't remember the details of how it worked. I know I had the email, clicked on it, had to put my password in to log into swagbucks and then I had to click again on the screen that came up. That final click took me to a page with the code I needed to copy into Amazon to redeem. Perhaps you need to click a few more times? Sorry I can't be more helpful but I do hope you sort it out.

Try clearing your cache, then click the link from your email again.

Hi, please can someone tell me what or where the 'blue box' is on the home page? Apparently it contains videos to watch, but I have never seen a blue box on my homepage. Am I doing something wrong?
