Go to the bottom of any page and click Contact Us.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page that loads and click on the bit that says
"Was your question not answered?
Submit a Help Request"
Click Surveys on the drop down list. Ignore the bit about waiting 48 hours.
Fill in that form and send it off. Doesn't matter if you don't have all the info and you don't need to send any thing to them as proof.

I have had to put a ticket in too as not credited. I have only just downloaded Firefox so I can do pop up surveys & games as I have not resolved the blank white page in Chrome pop ups.

Just did this, said 18SB and no credit. Putting ticket in now.

Once again, there is 0 on the site, no surveys, no nothing. Really do think they're going down the pan. Notice how they've been pushing the same offers for months now- Sun, Times, bingo sites etc. They obviously can't get any sign ups when it costs money.
