I have enough to cash out for a £25 voucher but daren't because of these 95sb things... dont want my voucher not turning up!

I had this before Christmas and I think it generally means they are unhappy about something. They said that I had been using an automated system or something to watch SBTV, which I had not, would not have a clue how to do anyway!

I think it was just a warning as they then released my vouchers, but said they would be "monitoring" my account. Don't think they actually listened to me, as I also complained at the same time that !!!!!! had come up while watching SBTV, which they completely ignored! It did take ages to resolve, though I am not sure if that is normal? After I emailed I still had to contact support to get it resolved. Everything seems to be fine now, though am careful about using SBTV as I am not sure what the problem was in the first place, probably just watching too quickly?!

If it was me i would cash out but as you said they may revoke them. we will probably have to wait until morning to see if our balances are altered.

if they don't get revoked i'll be incredibly happy, but i don't want them to revoke the points and me not get my original points back... or no voucher. doubt they'll let me sit on -190!

I don't think thats really an issue as it takes ten days sometimes less to get the voucher. it depends how much swagbucks you get per day i cashed out a voucher yesterday and already have 602sb. if you feel unsure about it then wait.

Ok thanks for letting me know. I am 150 away from cashing out again so maybe I won't until this is resolved? I do watch sbtv alot but generally move on once the tab has filled in. I only use it to top up to my target if there have been no surveys to do :-(
