I did not put my address in for the pack - just did the email and it still credited. I did not want them spending the money on sending me the pack - I am interested in the subject but I am aware there are limited packs and I am quite happy with anything they send via email.

Yeah, gave them my name and email address. Haven't had an email either, but did take a screenshot to prove I'd completed it. I pretty much ALWAYS have to put tickets in for trial pay- they can't tell me why nothing ever credits for me. Like all those iPhone app downloads, very rare that it 'credits instantly' for me.

I unticked the box for subscribe to marketing, I wonder if that is why it hasn't credited?

I guess you can but if you leave it on your phone after a week you will get a £5 Amazon voucher from them....
